About The Corsa Collection

The Corsa Collection is a timepiece brokerage and consulting company operated by Premium Scaling Solutions (PSS). We source, authenticate, and sell pre-owned luxury watches. When you purchase a watch from us, The Corsa Collection is the seller and is responsible for the transaction, shipping, and delivery.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thecorsacollection.com, browsing our collection, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use & Purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a sell or consign request, or place an order. By placing an order or submitting a request, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Listing Accuracy and Condition

All watches sold by The Corsa Collection are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing. We make every effort to describe each watch accurately, including brand, model, reference, condition, and included accessories. Any non-original parts, refinishing, polishing, or service work is disclosed in the listing's condition notes. We recommend reviewing the full description, photos, and condition disclosure before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before placing an order.

Pricing and Error-Correction

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order is binding. We strive for accuracy, but if a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and will promptly refund any payment collected for a cancelled order.

Offers

You may submit an offer on eligible watches. An offer is an expression of interest and is not binding on either party until we accept it in writing (by email or through your account) and you complete checkout. We may decline any offer without explanation. Once accepted, the offer price is binding subject to payment and these terms.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and wire transfer through our secure checkout. Payment must be received before dispatch. For high-value orders, wire transfer may be required as the preferred payment method. We do not store your full credit card details — payment is processed by our payment provider.

Fraud Screening and ID Verification

To protect against fraud, we screen every order. For high-value orders, we may require identity verification (such as a government-issued ID and proof of address) before processing. We may also place an order on hold for manual review. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that fails fraud screening or verification.

Shipping, Delivery Inspection, and Recording

Every watch is shipped fully insured with signature-required delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon signed delivery at the shipping address you provide. Title to the watch passes to you upon delivery only if your payment is received in full and is not reversed, recalled, charged back, or otherwise returned.

You agree to inspect your delivery promptly and report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect item within 24 hours of receipt. You agree to make one continuous, unedited video of the initial package opening. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details and exceptions. Lack of a recording does not automatically void a warranty or eliminate rights under applicable law.

If a promised dispatch deadline cannot be met, we will notify you and you may request a cancellation and full refund. Carrier delays do not eliminate our obligation to ensure you receive your watch.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated by our team before listing and again before shipping. If a watch you purchase is confirmed non-authentic by a manufacturer service center or an independent authentication lab, we will provide a full refund plus return shipping. See our Warranty & Authenticity page for details. Authenticity concerns are not limited to the 24-hour delivery-issue reporting period.

Payment Reversal and Return of Watch

Title to the watch passes to you upon delivery only if your payment is received in full and is not reversed, recalled, charged back, or otherwise returned for any reason (a "Payment Failure"). If a Payment Failure occurs, including a card dispute or chargeback, a returned or recalled wire or bank transfer, a declined or failed payment, or a payment later found to be unauthorized, you agree to return the watch to us, in the same condition as delivered with all packaging, papers, tags, and accessories, within 7 days of our written request, unless we have already recovered it. We will provide an insured, signature-required return label. You remain responsible for the watch and its condition until we receive it. If you receive a refund or credit through your bank or card issuer, you may not also keep the watch. We will inspect the returned watch against our pre-shipment photos and serial record, and where the watch is returned as delivered we will accept the return and will not contest a dispute for that order. If you do not return the watch, you agree to pay its purchase price to the extent not already received by us, plus our documented actual costs of recovery, including reasonable attorney and collection fees where permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under federal law or your card agreement, including your right to dispute a charge, and this section does not require you to waive any such right.

Resolve-First

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact us and allow us 10 business days to resolve it before disputing the charge with your bank. This does not limit any rights you have under federal law or your card agreement, and unauthorized-use claims should be reported to your bank immediately.

Cost Recovery

If you reverse a payment while keeping the watch, or a dispute is resolved in our favor or withdrawn, you agree to reimburse our documented actual costs (processor and dispute fees, recovery shipping and insurance, re-inspection, and, to the extent permitted by law, reasonable attorney and collection fees). We do not assess a flat penalty. Good-faith unauthorized-use claims, non-delivery, and not-as-described claims raised after contacting us are not subject to cost recovery.

Voluntary Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Return conditions, inspection timelines, and refund processing are described there.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, layout, and software — is owned by or licensed to The Corsa Collection and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Trademark Disclaimer

The Corsa Collection is an independent pre-owned watch dealer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any watch manufacturer. All brand names, model names, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and description purposes only.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users; use bots or scrapers to collect data without permission; or resell or misuse product information. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Corsa Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of a watch. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the watch.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except as provided in the Informal Dispute Resolution section below.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you and we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. You agree to contact us at officalcorsacollection@gmail.com with the nature of the dispute and allow us 30 days to respond. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue binding action in the courts of Illinois. This section does not require arbitration, and nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in small claims court.

Export Compliance

Buyers are responsible for compliance with applicable export and import regulations. We may refuse to ship to destinations restricted by US law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above. The version of these terms in effect at the time of your order applies to that order and is recorded with your purchase. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
