Authentication Process

Every watch sold by The Corsa Collection undergoes a thorough authentication inspection by our experienced team before listing and again before shipping.

What We Check

• Movement authenticity and functionality
• Case, dial, and handset originality
• Serial and reference number verification
• Bracelet and clasp authenticity
• Replacement or aftermarket parts disclosure

Corsa Verified

The "Corsa Verified" badge indicates that a watch has passed our in-house authentication inspection. This inspection is performed by our team and is not a manufacturer certification.

Delivery Damage vs. Voluntary Returns vs. Warranty vs. Authenticity

These are separate processes with distinct timelines:

Delivery damage or missing contents. If your watch arrives with visible damage, is missing items, or is the incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of receipt. See our Shipping & Returns policy for the reporting process and your rights.

Voluntary returns. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the watch meets the return conditions. See our Shipping & Returns policy for return conditions, the RMA process, inspection, and refund timelines.

Warranty. The Corsa Collection does not provide a written warranty unless one is explicitly stated on the listing or provided at the time of purchase. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from our authentication inspection and is limited to the manufacturer's terms. We do not claim that all pre-owned watches have manufacturer warranty coverage. If a written warranty is provided with your purchase, its terms and duration will be stated on the listing or in your order confirmation.

Authenticity concerns. If you believe a watch you purchased is not authentic, contact us at officalcorsacollection@gmail.com. If the watch is confirmed non-authentic by a manufacturer service center or an independent authentication lab, we will provide a full refund plus return shipping at our expense. Authenticity concerns are not limited to the 24-hour delivery-issue reporting period.

Hidden Defects

The 24-hour delivery-issue reporting period does not exclude hidden defects that could not reasonably be discovered within that period, and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
